Fresh Food for the Skin - Yogurt Radiance Masque.

When it comes to making beauty treatments at home in my opinion one of the most useful and beneficial readily available ingredients is yogurt.  Yogurt offers a wealth of benefits to the skin, the fat in the milk is so nourishing. Make sure you always use whole milk yogurt when using as a topical beauty treatment. The whey in the yogurt is also full of lactic acid which is anti-aging and hydrating.  I have a dear friend that uses this recipe everyday and she has just turned Sixty!  She does not look a day older than 45 at the most. For best results this needs to become a beauty habit. Once or twice will not do much expect soften the skin. This treatment is for regular use, at lease 2-3 times weekly more if you have the inclination or the time.

• 1 cup of Organic Whole Milk Yogurt (I like Stoneyhill Farms)
• 1 Tablespoon of Raw Honey
• 1 Tablespoon of Bee Pollen
• 1 Tablespoon of Flax Seed Oil (the refrigerated kind)

Mix all together until it becomes a beautiful creamy yellow color. Then apply lavishly all over face, neck and decollete.  Allow to sit for at least 20 minutes, for best results mist face regularly with mineral water such as Evian. Or if you absolutely do not have the time you can also use The Body Deli's Peaches and Cream Masque a little different but every bit as good with the benefits of fresh peaches and added acidophilus cultures.

Then rinse with warm water and apply moisturizer.  I guarantee that if you do this at least 3 times a week for a month you will see a major improvement in texture, firmness and be on you way to getting that coveted dewy glow.

Place remaining product in an airtight container and refrigerate. Good for at least 3 facials.

Have a Beautiful Day
